請問我舉啞鈴時我的手臂貼緊大腿內側幅度90度大概舉個20下就會休息一分鐘會做個56次可是隔天我還是會感到痠痛是我的姿勢錯了嗎??還是一開始痠痛是正常的??如果我痠痛時建議繼續做下去嗎??我現在是舉14P的重量如有錯誤請教導謝謝!!...Showmore
