我每天至少都會做300~400的仰臥起坐,做了少說半年。腹部一點明顯的改變都沒有,請問該怎麼辦?(我是躺在地上,有鋪塊墊子,大小腿呈90度彎曲)我現在每天都至少60下的伏地挺身,我想把胸肌練的厚實點,請問該怎麼辦?(我是雙手大張,壓下去時,手臂是呈90度的做法)練臂力用同樣的伏地挺身做法也能
