拉竿(空中換檔)是要訓練腰力還是彈力??我跳不高而且空中停頓時間太短...有些人跳的高且能在空中停留些許時間~跟腰力有關嗎??怎麼練~~倒掛仰臥起坐嗎?彈力也需要練嗎??另外空中接力(阿雷U)也是需要腰力和彈力嗎??我臂力還不錯~~但是要做拉竿和空中接力等動作卻很吃力....我該怎練??
