自從上次經由天兵一號的指點之後我已經改變了我自己的課表那就是(1.3.5日)在家裡練1個小時行程如下集中彎舉(重點肱二頭肌)20磅做5組.每組25下伏地挺身墊高30cm(心型)做5組.每組50下(2.4.6日)在家裡練1個小時啞鈴單臂划船(重點背闊肌.其次肱二頭肌)20磅做5組.每組30下仰臥起坐加重20磅做5組.每組50下有氧運
