如題我的身高157體重43認真跑200m最快只能到29秒的尾100m大約在13秒尾14秒頭以上都是穿釘鞋跑我的200m都是一開始衝到尾我自己覺得體力可以跑到終點不會說很累只是怎麼跑都不能在30秒以內(除了上面的29秒)我希望可以更快請大家幫忙提供我意見或是如何訓練自己
