我已練了近2個月的伏地挺身,但是成效有限,我的目標是在2分鐘內達成40下的標準,我的練習方法是撐著床邊,每日分3次做100下,但是如果是撐地就大概只能做20幾下,我還要如何加強呢?謝謝!
