先前當兵,規定每日三餐前都要直上直下拉六下單槓,練出了非常漂亮的胸肌和漂亮的整條手臂線條,但是退伍二年多,當初的胸肌和手臂線條已不復見。想要拉單槓要跑去附近的國中才能拉,但是工作煩忙沒空沒日往國中練身體。想要請問健身達人,要利用什麼姿勢的伏地挺身來練身體,才能和拉單�
