我每天固定做150下的仰臥起坐以及第1天60下伏地挺身第2天類似舉亞鈴上下50下向旁邊50下以此循環...不過我似乎覺得...手臂的肌肉並沒有很明顯...但是胸肌卻好像有越來越大的感覺...原本就有胸肌了...還變大...可是我希望手臂的肌肉線條...可以更明顯ㄚ>"<還有..腹部侧邊的肥肉...要怎麼做...才會��
