我看過很多大大的說法是伏地挺身~!我從昨天開始做一次12下一組做2~3組就受不了了~~請問一下~是每天做~還是做一天休息一天呢?因為隔天都會特別的酸痛!!請問這是什麼原因呢?表示有作用嗎??因為我本身是在家裡做~所以沒什麼輔助用品!!請大大有詳細的說法~! 謝謝你
