我177cm....60kg...目前練仰臥起坐、伏地挺身、舉啞鈴、下腹肌運動我想問一下各位~~(三個問題都要回答..拜託了)Q1.我是屬於骨架小的男生...吃也不會胖的...感覺我要練的有一點點壯.是不是不可能,我沒有要猛男那型....像我看意難忘安定雅(阿冰)...傅子純(安倫)他們那種好像骨架比較大..所以練的話看起來�
