各位大大您好:小弟為了讓自己變得更MAN,最近迷上健身,已經持續一個月多,每天做伏地挺身(目前可以連續撐到33下左右),左右手舉啞鈴(目前皆可以到60下),小弟發現自己的胸部終於有一點線條出來了,但成果還不是很顯著,之前聽同學說過他的體格比較壯,大概鍛鍊一個星期,成果就非常明顯,真得好羨慕他!但��
