我是學生,想利用寒假來練手臂的肌力和耐肌力因為我力氣很小..伏地挺身也只能做一兩下就沒力了而且我是跳街舞的,很需要手臂的力量所以我該怎麼訓練?我想在寒假結束前伏地挺身能作至少20下~~還有伏地挺身可以每天練嗎?如果練完隔天肌肉痠痛那還要繼續練?還是要休息到不痛為止再練?...Showmore
