現在還是學生沒什麼時間去健身房所以只能在家坐坐簡單的運動來鍛鍊肌肉目前胸肌的部份是做伏地挺身請問可否交我用伏地挺身分別練上、中、下胸的方法~家裡目前有一個10磅的啞鈴以後會去買更重的有用啞鈴練三角肌二頭肌三頭肌一組25下作6組請問要怎麼練才可以有效的練得更大塊請各位大大幫幫�
