上了大學後就不斷的放縱自己有事沒事就吃一下看著肚子一天一天的大起來真讓人感覺到害怕遇到同學第一句話就是你怎麼變胖了遇到許久不見的朋友也是相同的話最近就下定決心要來減肥現在每天都會做30下的伏利挺身和仰臥起坐最近還會去跑步和跳繩想要把我的肚子練成腹肌和手臂練成肌肉想請問��
