常常做完重量會有疼痛? - 伏地挺身

我固定兩三天會做一些簡單的重量訓練諸如伏地挺身仰臥體坐蛙跳...等已經連續半年下來了每次要做以上的幾項項目之前我一定會去跑3000m暖身做完後也會收操但是只要我稍微多做幾下(平常各100or70視體力狀況而定)隔天就會肌肉酸痛而且一痛就要三四天才會好請問要如何避免這種疼痛呢?...Showmore
