最近這一陣子,想突然開始練身體了,因為想追一個女的!! 但是我已經很久沒練很體了耶!從國三到現在,現再是高二,都沒有再練耶!! 那突然開始練的話,會受傷嗎?? 不會的話,那每天要做幾下伏地挺身、仰臥起坐、舉啞鈴阿@@! 我168公分 47公斤,有點瘦,想要不變胖又��
