我的身高是183cm體重71公斤目前徒手重量訓練的內容是伏地挺身1組30下共三組仰臥起坐1組40下共三組兩天做一次不知道以徒手訓練而言這樣的強度夠不夠還是還可以做怎樣的修改會更妥當煩請了解的大大解答謝謝!PS:只想徒手訓練而已如果必須要藉由機械訓練才能更上層樓那就不考慮了...Showmore
