我想請問志願役女兵的體能測驗我看書上是寫說1200,是8分鐘內跑完嗎?雨天備案:伏地挺身4下/一分鐘但我看網路上有人說是曲臂撐10秒請問現在是伏地挺身還是曲臂呢?伏地挺身要怎做比較不吃力也比較容易過關?有什麼秘訣嗎?1200跑6分跟7分對於成績上來說會有差異嗎?網路上都說軍中不好過當然不是要多�
