我17歲身高17890公斤(有點胖又有點壯....我現在有工作因為都再搬重的東西,,會不會影響長高啊?因為之前有跳繩..((想說算了,,不練跳繩改練肌肉..我手臂比以前壯很多..買衣服都要XXL了!!17歲開始練肌肉OK嗎?我家有啞鈴10磅的大概一天拉幾次?每幾次休息一次呢?還有練伏地挺身一天可以50次?幫幫忙吧~..
