志願役新訓伏地挺身(我是女生) - 跑步

我今年剛考上志願役(海巡署發到馬祖服務1/24要到台中成功嶺報到我考兩次都剛好沒有遇到下雨所以都是跑步伏地挺身都沒什麼練到所以現在連一下都沒辦法做(下不去怎麼半?進去受訓會不會被長官罵的很慘??因為體重在60幾所以聽說跟體重有很大的關係現在我該怎麼半???Q2因為剛好遇到過年前受訓所以過
