大四下我常備乙陸軍,體能我拉單槓只能拉一下,伏立挺身最多五下,仰臥起坐一分可以三十多下,一千六我只能跑加走要十分鐘何況三千...(1)我手臂很細沒什麼臂力該怎麼增強臂力?(2)該怎麼訓練伏立挺身?(3)耐力不好該怎訓練三千才能跑完?
