最近開始想練身體伏地挺身仰臥起坐都是最方便的訓練法所以開始練每天都做!仰臥起坐是先快速做完30個再慢慢補到70個(10分鐘內)伏地挺身是每次做10個做滿40個(中間休息5分鐘)剛開始效果還不錯可是最近發現肌肉沒啥在長...........希望聰明的人能告訴我我應該各做幾個?(越詳細越好)我才高一希望不會肌�
