最近覺得自己的腹部真是太沒力了!!有做過那種:躺在地上,身體跟腳都稍微離地,然後用腹肌撐著;可是才3秒鐘,我的腹肌就在劇烈的抖動,然後在10秒鐘時我就放棄了...仰臥起坐大概1分鐘只能做個25下左右,而且我沒辦法馬上再做第二分鐘...請問大家建議我可以做多少份量的練習?(ex.每次仰臥起坐連
