我目前是國二生,即將在今年九月升上國三,我打算開始鍛鍊身體,礙於長不高因素,所以我選擇練臂力、腰力、握力。臂力我是打算舉20磅啞鈴,腰力則是打算仰臥起坐,練這三種力及拉筋,是否會影響發育,導致長不高?可以練的話,每次訓練的間隔各為幾天呢?謝謝。...Showmore
