想請問一下要如何訓練手臂線條而不是變粗我原本是一個偏瘦的人手臂是細的一年來我每周3次用15磅的啞鈴練手臂+伏地挺身(我還有一個8棒啞鈴)手臂是變粗了(但都是肉)只有在彎曲時才會有肌肉現在我想訓練出線條(也就是手臂垂放時就有線條)請問一下我應該怎麼訓練才能塑造出線條而不是肉有人能給��
