從小到大都是胖胖妹,一直都沒有想要變瘦的念頭,就算有也都不持久,最近因為再三個月就要高中生了,想要美美的所以開始每天都做跳繩、仰臥起坐、伏地挺身、空中踩腳踏車、側抬腿跳繩一開始想要跳一千下但是跳到一百下的時候突然心悸整個傻眼到,後來就每天增加十下,到現在已經是兩百三十五下了,
