想請問各位減肥過的大大們~我原本是170公分85KG因為減肥減太快~我4個月就從85來到64........油炸類甜點我都不吃的.....然後現在有重訓~啞鈴啦~舉重器材都有做....腹部則是仰臥起坐啦~之類的但做了3個月上半身是有比較結實肚子的部分仍然是....聯合國的情形.==a想問一下大大們這樣的情形我是否該繼續的減
