小弟我169/50重訓是因為想增重之前前幾個月有在做重訓啞鈴伏地挺身後來休息一個月也不算很完整現在閒了想重練之前啞鈴是家裡隨手找找到一個7原本舉30下很酸了後面練到可以舉100多我知道不夠重前天就重網路定一個組合式12.5公斤一組今天到貨想說先來看看7.5結果超重我想說7跟7.5怎麼差這麼多一個��
