我是一個高三生身高172體重66現在幾乎每天都去打球(持續一個月,每天都投幾百顆球),在家都做跳繩.啞鈴.仰臥起坐.定點跳.握力訓練,可是卻沒有變強或變準狀況,而且防守也很燗,這樣下去我覺得不太ok,因為我原本打算用暑假把技術變強,希望能在班記籃球得到好名次(前2次都首戰就輸了,而且隊友也沒說很��
