男20歲176cm62kg目前主要想要把胸肌練厚練有形,腹肌練出來但其他還有腿力訓練,或是手臂等等最好是有全面性的訓練本身有跑馬的興趣~雖只跑過一場半馬(成績2小時)但未來想要向百k邁進目前和同學約好1個月出去跑一次長跑約20-30k器具就只有15p啞鈴請問有沒有需要購入其他器具順帶一提有沒有需��
