請問有什麼快速減肥的方法呢??我自己想是。。。。。每天三餐吃蘋果每天跳繩2000下伏地挺身200下仰臥起坐100下我已經知道快速減肥的後果了!!但是我必須這樣做!!請問OK嗎?
