Q1.我有在練腹肌還有胸肌,我想問一下我已經練了兩個月的仰臥起坐了,練一天休息一天..伏地挺身..也是兩個月左右也是練一天休一天,但是他不會像我看到其他男生的那樣明顯....是為什麼??Q2.是不是肌肉已經有記憶性了~那我是不是要換方法了...像是改練下腹肌??Q3.我不是要練猛男型的,飲食可以不要
