怎樣練到"看的到"腹肌?!因為天兵一號大大說:仰臥起坐是讓你"有"腹肌但是要讓你"看得到"腹肌....就要加上有氧運動啦!!!單靠仰臥起坐不能練出看的到的六塊肌嗎?!13歲(女)身高大概154以上,體重38左右每天做2~3次仰臥起坐,一次20下要做多久才看的出來有六塊阿?!thanks...
