我太瘦了!!不是不吃...是根本吃不胖....人家吃宵夜我也會吃我還是吃不胖==更離奇的是..有一段時間我狂吃猛吃結果還瘦2公斤我的天呀我身高170體重48公斤哇哩勒!!這也太離譜了我想讓自己在兩個月內變壯我希望兩個月後比較起來有明顯差異除了做伏地挺身.仰臥起坐..怎讓自己身體變寬!骨架增大!我要好��
