如題!我的身材不算胖也不會太瘦身高182體重70BMI是標準的狀態想說趁暑假練一下體格我有點瘦瘦ㄉ那要怎麼練呢?我現在每天晚都25下仰臥起坐50下舉啞零伏地挺身15下剛開始做不敢作量太大我都以肌肉程度開始酸之後就停下來請問其他各位大大的看法跟建議是蝦咪呢?肩膀那邊有1ㄍ蝦咪三角肌嗎?還是蝦咪
