急!!訓練腹肌跟胸肌(15點) - 伏地挺身

我現在每天都做50下仰臥起坐休息1~2分鐘之後在做30下伏地挺身(每做10下休息1分鐘)我想請問一下這樣子做有效嗎??如果沒效的話請問怎樣才有效呢??
