我目前18歲是一個BOY177公分78KG已下為我每日的健身課表請健身大大們幫我看早上-----------1.早上5:00出去跑3000公尺2.跑完後拉單槓5下一組(共拉5祖25下)3.拉完單槓後去拉雙槓撐體5下一組(共操作3組15下)練完後回家先洗澡然後再吃早餐中午------------1.午餐前30分鐘都會做30下為一組的伏地挺身(共兩組60下)晚上--
