各位大大我常常會莫名其妙的情緒不好但不是持續性的,是一陣一陣的感覺這感覺很怪,就感覺情緒不穩定但心情不會不好,而且過一下就好了〈但下一次很快就來了〉請問情緒不穩時該怎半?
