各位大大好,我是一個國三的女生身材不算肥,但也不瘦(身高157體重57)希望能在六月之前瘦到50公斤上下可是又不能用病態的方法,所以各位大大有沒有什麼方法,可以讓我減肥呢?就是希望各位大大能提供我一些資訊,以及減肥計畫表之類的而且不可以用藥物,我現在星期一到星期五都會跑操場800
