我目前是這樣171/59過瘦...一個禮拜大約2天上健身房,每次大概1小時2天打球,時間每次2~3小時每天都會吃至少三餐也都會有蛋和牛奶可還是沒變胖變壯…朋友說可以配合吃乳清蛋白不知道有沒有推薦的畢竟都不便宜不想吃了結果沒效浪費錢啊
