在下今年18歲身高175cm體重72kg因為肉肉的所以想練出結實的肌肉沒有想練成像健美先生一樣只想練出有肌肉但是不要太壯(好難形容...)目前每天有一些些的運動:伏立挺身10下x3組,仰臥起坐15下x2組,交叉舉啞鈴20下x2組,單手法式上舉20下x2組,啞鈴單手後舉20下x2組,握力器30下x3組手邊的器具有:10磅啞鈴x2
