我是一個升大一的男生身高178體重75我一直想要把胸前的肌肉練起來因為我胸前的肉總是墜的很難看穿緊身衣總是不太敢挺胸而且乳頭大小顆差異的很明顯所以我每天做20下伏地挺身早晚各10下目前持續了4天不知道這樣方法對不對還有我也想減我這個肚子請大家告訴我方法吧謝謝
