請問各位愛好運動的大大們本人想用跑步來減肥可是有些疑問(173CM~75KG)Q1可以空腹去跑步嗎??本人6點下班~想說跑完再去買晚餐吃~可是肚子在餓的時候做激烈運動不會造成身體傷害嗎??(如果先吃完晚餐不就要等上2~3HR才可以做激烈運動~..如7點吃..不就9~10點才能運動)Q2跑步後做一些緩和動作,那回到家還要
