請問我想瘦肚子每天晚上固定會去慢跑跑30分鐘以上跑完之後我會做仰臥起坐為了瘦肚子請問跑完之後做仰臥起坐會瘦肚子嗎?還是那只會長肌肉不要做會比較好??我還會做伏地挺身為了練手臂線條這應該不會影響吧?還有聽別人講跑完之後喝水那就是白跑了是真的嗎?請問這樣持續下去會有用嗎?廣告請不��
