做ㄧ段時間了A.有一種像溜滑梯的東西坐仰臥起坐100下分5組每組隔2分鐘B.伏地挺身170下分10組每組隔2分鐘都是坐完A隔天做B這樣讓肌肉休息夠嗎???????然後聽人家講做完要補充蛋白質!然後每次做完20-30分後會喝牛奶...最近發現喝的是全脂牛奶我坐完重量還要繼續喝嗎???????????...Showmore
