我是一直都有在做簡單健身的人,平常在家裡用兩個26P啞鈴鍛鍊胸肌、肩膀、背肌、二頭肌、三頭肌....當然也會用仰臥起坐練腹肌還有伏地挺身!偶而也會去運動中心用比較專業一點點的器材鍛鍊。但是在家裡....基本上就只有兩個26P啞鈴而已!以前我曾經聽說,用比較重的重量鍛鍊會讓肌肉比較容易��
