請教真的專業人士給予我一個正確的回答~謝謝我本身身高167cm.體重58kg.年齡近35歲.個人骨頭比較小.骨架一般.肩膀也算寬.加上自己有慢跑.伏地挺身.仰臥起坐.舉16-20磅啞鈴的運動習慣.飲食則少肉多菜.喝茶喝咖啡.喝水.水果.偶爾吃蛋糕點心.很想再長些肉.讓肌肉線條與面積更趨理想.請專業的大大們幫忙一
