成長期練肌肉 - 啞鈴

我在學校宿舍幾乎每天晚上都會去舉舉啞鈴現在都舉15-20磅的大概左右手各舉個三十下左右1請問這樣練肌肉會不會長不高(目前是國中三年級)我問別人別人說因為長高是生長板的問題跟肌肉沒關係可是也有人說因為肌肉會讓骨頭定型不容易再讓骨頭改變什麼的大概已經舉了十幾天了手上已經有點肌肉了��
