本人身高:171體重:88練啞鈴有個2、3天也開始要仰臥起坐我也有再打籃球都是假日都是從中午打到下午5、6點早餐:不一定中餐:吃學校﹝假日:一碗泡麵或滷肉飯﹞晚餐:沒有吃所以我想在10/14之前練出一點效果還有我著樣最多能瘦多少呢?請各大大幫我解答﹝發問後 還是會繼續練﹞
