我剛開始練腹肌沒多久..我是用仰臥起坐的.我想練快一點的話.每天想做就做個10下但是中間會有休息至少40分鐘.這樣有比較快嗎?????2個星期內會有線條出來嗎?名不明顯啊?另外可以教我仰臥起坐的正確又有效的方法嗎?我不要一長串字的?我要簡單明瞭的......Showmore
